Rendering a see through cover-up.

We proceed in steps:

1) First we draw a under drawing of the gesture with a skin tone marker (5 minutes).

2) Block in swim suit (if see through) and shoes.

3) Draw silhouette of cover up with Prisma (1 line only) and pay attention to proportion (length of cover up and width).

4) Block in color of cover up (any media)

5) Draw folds with dark Preisma (the side of Prisma-no lines) Folds are shapes.

6) Highlights (with pastel or Prisma).

7) Draw and enhance folds with electric eraser.

8) Clean.

9) Draw silhouette of figure

Water color/ gouache:

Under drawing on a separate sheet with a dark marker. (cleaner)

1) Silhouette of garment with Prisma.

2) Block in color with gouache or water color.

3) Let dry. In the meantime you can render face, hands, shoes. (If done with water color/gouache, each step needs to dry first,- skin tone and shadows)

4) Add shadows and folds.

5) Add highlights.

6) Add contrasts with Prism.
