Water color:
Drawing the clothes on the body:
1) Under-drawing with a skin-colored marker. Integrate clothes right away. (No need to draw and "construct" the nude body first. Integrate fold and fabric -"pulls" right away, they'll describe the body beneath.
2) Block in color (of garment and shoes) with guache/water color. Add simple shadows in face and block color in hair.
3) Refine, render and add detail of clothes with prisma pencil. First with a soft line quality, once happy, add accents and contrasts. Integrate shadows and folds as you go. Face, hands and shoes focus on simple silhouette.
4) Add highlight and skin with pastel and blend
5) Refine and finish face and hands.

Crochet demo:
Silhouette of figure. Always think about what media to use: Crochet and knit are grateful to do with pastel and Prisma combination technique. Also electric eraser can create great effect. It can be time consuming. Detail work is required. Pay attention to the overall proportion and shape. Movement of body and body shape beneath will have to be shown.

Composing 2 figures together:
Ink and pastel technique: Use pastel dust and blend nicely. Work with eraser to have a clean look.

We're continuing working on composing our pages (as interesting as possible).
We can crop our figures and try to have them in different sizes (to practice our proportions).
We're reviewing more fabric textures, ex. wool knit, see ex. on the right.
