Geometric shape exercise:
Focusing on body details, composition, close ups:

Drawing the striped, draped garment:
Steps:
1) Under drawing on a separate page. (with a dark marker so it is see through).
2) Drawing silhouette of garment with Prisma (soft) on new page.
3) Shading shadows and folds with the side of the Prisma (soft, blended) or with a grey brush tip marker.
4) Add stripes with marker. Pay attention to the different directions of folds and put in only a few (can be finished when model on break).
5) Adding accents, contrast with Prisma (finished look)
6) Maybe add highlights or blend with white pastel (very gently).

Walking pose and regular pose:
Still being aware of weight leg, working with negative space.

Contour drawing:
We did blind contours (w/o looking on our page) first. Feeling every line/shape of the body, describing everything with 1 uncontentious line only. Try to have a line quality variety, strong and soft lines.

Drawing your own hand with the other hand, contour style. Each one of them (right and left handed). Doing this every day for 3 month and you can draw hands:)- takes 15 minutes a day.
Try to have a line quality variety, strong and soft lines.

Drawing/ constructing the hands the regular way...

Paying attention to the S- curve of each leg. Nice shaped calves are important!

Drawing a shoe from the back or 3/4 back: Draw the heal first and pay attention to the floor line and negative space between heal touching the floor and toe area touching the floor.
