Phase 4: Signature Project and Final presentation: Week 13 or 15 (TBA):
Phase 4 includes: Main Drawing of each object (1 S + 1 H), colored, rendered, textured shaded: In addition: If you don’t have already: Add different angles - (if it makes sense) views (exploded, oblique, isometric, ortho etc.) Add background of final presentation illustration. - Make sure there’s a main sales point/view/composition. Have a name for your product. Add Info block on every page.

Create an e-portfolio for VisComm2, with the following assignments below.
You would give each submission # a new gallery/page (like my e-portfolio shows: Each week/project # a page).
1) In class draw: Shoe, hands etc.
2) A) 3 soft and 3 hard goods
B) Book tower, rendered with marker and in perspective
C) Marker shapes
3) Draw your favorite object: In class
4) Your favorite designer: #1 ideation #2 Sketches cleaned up #3 renderings, colored
5) In class rendering; Ski jacket
6) In class rendering: Nerf gun
7) In class draw: Midterm test, hand bag and Star Wars space ship
8) Mid-Term project: Time travel Steps #1 through #3

Demo of Denim Jacket:
Again I use a base color: In this case it was a grey marker.
1. Grey marker base
2. Blue marker on top, 2nd layer
3. Darker grey shadows (marker)
4. Pastel layer of grey and blue, blend
5. Contrast and pop up the seams, with grey prisma and black Prisma
Demo of fur rendering:
Always think of your base/color: I use the main color and/or the darkest and then layer my way up to detail:
1. Black marker base
2. Pastel and Prisma pencil layers of fur/hair texture
3. Use electric eraser to elaborate texture more
